In these special times of the Earth heating up and due to the climate change causing the sealevel to rise and the increasing costs of fuel and drinking water. We offer to you, due to safety and environmental aspects. A self-supporting “Eco-houseboat” of 30 x 11.20 meter to be built in steel, consisting of three floors. The thickness of the hull will be 8 mm. for a long lifetime without maintenance.
On the upper deck (A-deck) a fully equiped kitchen of 7 x 4 meter, a dining room of 4,5 x 3 meter, a large living of 7 x 6 meter. Furthermore a triple toilet group. The entire living space will be covered with flagstones. A large folding door will give access to a large terrace with swimming pool with a diameter of 6 meter and a depth of 1,50 meter. The terrace will be covered with synthetic wood panels. The entire deck space will be surrounded with a stainless steel railing with milk glass for your privacy. On the middle-deck (B-deck) is space for 3 to 7 bedrooms depending on the customers needs. ( a large family, offices or perhaps a B&B) The master bedroom will be 5 x 11 meter and all the other rooms will be 4,5 x 4,5 meter. De master bedroom will consist of a bath and a shower. All the other rooms will only have a shower. The entire floor space will be consist off parquet flooring. |
On the lower-deck (C-deck) is space for drinking water tanks, a small fuel tank for an emergency power pack, a disposal-unit, a workshop and of course the power pack. Furthermore on this deck is a store-tank for rainwater which can be converted by osmoses into high quality drinking water. There is also space for the batteries to store energy.
On the A- and B-deck the heating will be provided with underfloor-heating with outside heat exchanging air to air pump. The power for this eco-houseboat comes from a vertical wind turbine and solar panels. The use of long-life LED-lights will be part of this.
